Gregory Pinson

Gregory is the founder of Talent Lab and he advises business leaders, executive teams, and owners across a range of industries in Europe. Gregory has extensive international experience helping organizations to solve people and leadership related challenges with a focus on selection, leadership assessment & capability building programs. He leverages his entrepreneurial DNA, strategic thinking, business knowledges and ability to challenge the status quo with his long experience operating across multiple countries and culture, to provide genuine impact for his clients. Prior to create Talent Lab, Gregory worked in banking, co-founded industrial & sales organization in mainland China, and held partner role for a leading search & human resources consulting firm for 15 years, in central Europe and in Paris. Gregory earned a master’s degree in management from Paris IX-Dauphine PSL University. In addition to his native French, he is fluent in English, speaks intermediate Spanish and conversionary Czech.

Katerina is senior consultant and a trusted advisor in the field of talent acquisition, and her experience spans across central and western Europe. Clients appreciate her sharp insightful mind, and her international culture she applies to support organizations ranging from local to large corporations across industries while focusing on consumer, media & communication, and digital transformation. Following her early start in executive search, Katerina has spent her career building long-term relationships with publishing, communications & media services in various leadership roles. Katerina completed her Bachelor’s degree in French and Portuguese at Charles University in Prague, followed by Master’s degree in Comparative studies at the University of Lisbon. In addition to her native Czech, she communicates fluently in Slovak, English, French and Portuguese, and speaks intermediate Spanish. Today Katerina shares her life between Lisbon and Prague.
